The development partnership dedicates itself to the goal of supporting hearing-impaired young people with the admission training and of conditions of employment after completion of its school career. In four subprojects strategies for the successful application are determined compiled, carrying and restraining factors, as well as developed a company network with potential employers. Practical examples for the successful integration are documented at the same time in the operational surrounding field. An Internet portal maintained by the hearing impaired young people offers the technical frameworks.

The project results give information and valuable references over the existing barriers for hearing impaired young people with the entrance into the job market and serve thereby the development of future specific instruments to the labor policy.
